International Football at the Jubilee Stadium
Tomorrow on Thursday 23rd, Evesham United junior sides will be playing two youth teams from Lex Bogols F.C. who are based a few miles from Utrecht in Holland.
The games have been organised through Hereford Lions Club for three years at the Jubilee Stadium. The Lions Club have had a youth exchange going back 39 years and Tony Cole, who started it all those years ago is still involved and with helpers Stuart Sheehan and Martin Forder have been instrumental in sending teams to an international youth tournament in Vieane in the Netherlands. The matches in Evesham are for U14’s and U16’s kicking off at 5pm and 7pm on the main pitch.
