This Saturday at Evesham United Football Club (worth coming just to see their beautiful football facility) is the Junior Premier League Final 4’s.
The top 2 from the Central Division and the top 2 from the Southern Division (Under 14’s, 15’s, & 16’s) meet to decide the overall winners of the Junior Premier League. First plays second from opposite divisions with the winners advancing to the next game to play each other and the losing teams playing each other. This gives us the Final 4 placings for this age group.
The games kick off on adjacent pitches at the same time and the excitement level is high.
The games are played over 2 halves of 25 minutes and there is a short break between the 2 matches.
The 15’s are first up on the day with:
Newport County v AFC Rushden & Diamonds
Burton Albion v Cirencester Town
Kick off for the first matches is at 10.30am with the second matches scheduled for approximately 11.45am (ish)
The afternoon sees the Under 14’s and Under 16’s Final 4’s and the schedule is:
Under 14’s:
BANES v WBA
North Somerset FD v Worcester City
Under 16’s:
Burton Albion v North Somerset FD
Oxford City v Forest Green Rovers
All of these matches kick off at 1.00pm with the second matches scheduled to kick off at 2.05pm (ish)
It’s going to be a great day of quality football as the best teams come together.
Evesham United FC will be charging £2 parking on the day – please have the change ready to ease any congestion.
