Evesham made it back to back wins against a spirited Wyre Forest Ladies on a blustery wet afternoon.
With the wind at their backs, Evesham dominated the early exchanges and opened the scoring after only 5 minutes with a Rosie Johns free kick that flew over the visitors keeper. It soon became two with a fine finish from Domi Mayhew, then a fine run on the left from Grace Harker who rounded the keeper to score from a tight angle. Evesham were well on top with only sporadic Wyre attacks which were being dealt by the hosts back line. Johns added a fourth with a typical surging run to make it 4-0 at half time.
The visitors opened the second half having more possession. However they were caught out pushing forward with further goals from Millie Meadows, Amy Summers, a second for Harker and a debut goal for Sylwia Dermont making it an 8-0 victory.
