The Southern League today announced the make-up of the three divisions. Bideford and Paulton Rovers move down after relegation from the Southern Premier and Marlow have been moved to the Central division. Hereford, Salisbury and Barnstaple are promoted from the feeder leagues. With Hereford and Salisbury in the League, average attendances will rise and they will be favourites for promotion.
