    Evesham United manager Paul Collicutt had a shock on Tuesday night as he arrived for training at the Jubilee Stadium.
    One of his players had taken his usual parking space…and filled it with a tractor (pictured below):

     Goalkeeper Sam Gilder is a farmer by trade and works two farms along with his father.
    With his car booked in for an MOT, he took a different form of transport to training and with a top speed of 30mph, it took him longer than usual to make the journey up the A46.

    Tonight, the Youth Team travel to Bromsgrove Sporting for a Midlands Floodlit Youth League Southern Division match at 7.45pm.  After their first defeat of the season at Hereford last week, they will be looking to bounce back with a victory this evening.

    Evesham produced a scintillating display at the Webbswood Stadium to beat high-flying Swindon Supermarine and move up to fourth in the Evo-Stik Southern South & West Division. In front of their biggest crowd of the season, United comfortably put an end to Swindon`s unbeaten home record to make it four league wins in a row for in-form Paul Collicutt`s side.

    Evesham won their fourth league game in a row winning at Swindon Supermarine who themselves slipped to their first home defeat of the season.
    Liam Harding gave the visitors the lead on six minutes thanks to a superb header which went into the top corner .
    Brad Hooper then brought the hosts level when he slotted home a penalty after George Reid was fouled in the box on 25 minutes.
    In the second half, Lance Smith then struck for the visitors on 55 minutes, scoring from the spot after he had been brought down in the box by Jon Beeden.

    Manager Paul Collicutt believes Evesham United’s clash at Swindon Supermarine tomorrow (3pm) will show “how strong or weak” his team are according to the Evesham Journal.
    The Robins are sixth in Evo-Stik Southern League Division One South and West after a promising start to the season.
    And Collicutt, who has aspirations of finishing in the top five, said he was looking forward to “comparing” his side against fourth-placed Supermarine.
