    Evesham host their penultimate pre-season friendly when Midland Football League Division 1 side Littleton make the short trip to the Jubilee Stadium.  Kick off is 7.45pm.

    United continued their busy warm-up schedule with a narrow 1-0 defeat at the hands of Conference North neighbours Worcester City at a saltry Jubilee Stadium. A second-half goal by George Williams earned higher ranked City victory on Friday night. The unmarked Williams headed home Danny Jackman`s 65th minute corner after Robin`s keeper Kevin Sawyer had moments earlier superbly saved from the former Kidderminster Harriers midfielder.

    Evesham entertained Skrill North Worcester City tonight at the Jubilee Stadium.  In the City team was former Evesham United goalkeeper Nathan Vaughan.
    Evesham put in another good pre-season display against a strong Worcester team, but lost the game in the 65th minute when a Danny Jackman corner was headed in by George Williams.

    Honours ended all square as Evesham United and Evo-Stik Northern Premier League newcomers Stourbridge fought out an entertaining draw in the latest pre-season friendly at the Spiers & Hartwell Jubilee Stadium.
    Once again United striker Ashley Edenborough proved a shrewd summer signing by manager Paul Collicutt with a superb second-half equaliser to earn the Robins a deserved share of the spoils against their higher graded opponents. Stourbridge looked strong and dangerous in the first-half enjoying large chunks of possession and creating the better chances.     Evesham’s latest friendly ended in a draw this evening at the Jubilee Stadium when they entertained Northern Premier League side Stourbridge..
    Stourbridge took a deserved lead with almost the last kick of the first half when George Washbourne’s shot took a huge deflection to wrong foot keeper Kevin Sawyer.
    In the second half, Evesham’s performance improved and they were rewarded midway through the half when Ashley Edenborough produced a super finish with a chip over former Evesham stopper Dean Coleman.

  • Stourbridge Tonight at the Jubilee Stadium

    Evesham United continue their busy pre-season schedule tonight (22nd) with a home game against Evo-Stik League Northern Premier Division side Stourbridge at 7.45pm.  Next season they play in this League after being moved from the Southern Premier Division.
    Last season Evesham played Stourbridge three times losing a pre-season friendly 3-2, losing at home in the FA Cup 3-0, but winning 3-2 away in extra time in the Worcestershire Senior Cup.

    Evesham`s hectic pre-season schedule continued on Friday night when a mixture of youngsters and trialists saw the Robins held to a 1-1 draw by neighbours Pershore Town at the King George V Playing Fields. After four warm-up games in seven days, manager Paul Collicutt
