New signings Greg Peel and Matthew Liddiard got the all important goals that earned Evesham United a deserved 2-1 victory to lift the Worcestershire Senior Cup at the expense of National League North Kidderminster Harriers. United who last won the trophy in 2008/09 ran out worthy winners and the performance bodes well for the Robins whose league campaign gets underway at Larkhall Athletic on Saturday 12th August.

Coaching for EUFC junior goalkeepers will resume free of charge and for any other youngsters who wish to take part, at the same cost as before, £5.
Training nights will be on Wednesdays starting at 6pm at the Jubilee for those keepers aged up to under 12 level. From 7pm it will be for under 13s and over. The first session will be tomorrow (Wednesday 26th July) for one week only, then miss one week and resume on Wednesday 9th August at 6pm.

Manager Paul Collicutt insists Evesham United will be treating Kidderminster Harriers “seriously” as they aim to win the Worcestershire FA Senior Cup at the Jubilee Stadium tonight (7.45pm) according the the Worcester News.
Evesham last won the competition in the 2008-09 campaign and Collicutt says his players are determined to get their hands on the trophy.
Kidderminster play two levels higher than United in Vanarama National League North and are looking to retain the title.

The Worcestershire FA are hosting the Senior Cup final at our ground tomorrow, and they set the prices and admission rules.
Only nominated officials and directors will be admitted without charge, therefore coaches and EUFC juniors will have to pay. EUFC season ticket holders also have to pay.

Evesham United progressed to the final of the Worcestershire FA Senior Cup with a penalty shoot out victory over Worcester City.
Sam Gilder saved one spot kick, with two hitting the woodwork to help Paul Collicutt’s side through to face Kidderminster Harriers in the final at the Jubilee Stadium next Tuesday.
Adam Mann put Evesham ahead in the 11th minute, but Worcester levelled through a trialist after 54 minutes.
Mark Magee, Matt Williams and Greg Peel were all successful for Evesham in the shoot out, with only Bradley Gray missing.

Tonight at 7.45pm Evesham host Worcester City at the Spiers and Hartwell Jubilee Stadium in the Worcestershire FA Senior Cup Semi-Final, with the winners to play Kidderminster Harriers in the Final.
As it is a competitive game, a squad of 18 is allowed with three substitutions only. Ashley Williams serves the first of a four match ban after his sending off during the Play-Off Semi-Final at Salisbury last season.
Admission Adults £9, Concessions £6 and Under 16 £2.

Evesham United’s pre-season friendly at Halesowen Town has been called off for health and safety reasons.
Paul Collicutt’s men were due to travel to The Grove on Saturday to face the Northern League Premier Division outfit.
However, delayed work on Halesowen’s pitchside fencing has caused the match to be postponed.
An Evesham spokesman said: “They are replacing perimeter fencing, but they were late starting and building work is going on.
“It would not be safe to play, so it has been called off.”

A brace from Danny Wright and a goal from Mohamed Eisa were enough to secure a 3-0 win for Cheltenham Town at the Jubilee Stadium. A flattering scoreline with the hosts deserving of a goal.
