  • Youth Cup Game Switched

    The Worcestershire FA Midweek Under 18 Youth Cup game against Worcester City  has been switched to the
    Jubilee Stadium and will be played next Wednesday 1st March, kick-off 7-45pm.
     

  • Preen Signs for Robins

    The club is pleased to announce that midfielder/striker Garyn Preen who spent two months on loan at the Jubilee Stadium during December and January has had his contract terminated at National League South side Hungerford Town and signed for United until the end of the season.
    The former Wales Under-19 international Preen started his career as a youth team player at Cardiff City and Southampton before a spell at Burton Albion. He has also played for Salisbury, Neath, Afan Lido, Merthyr Town and Cinderford Town.

  • New Date for Swindon Supermarine

    A new date has been set for the league game against Swindon Supermarine, after the controversial postponement of the original game due to floodlight failure twelve days ago.  The match will take place on Wednesday 22nd March, kick-off 7.45pm.

  • Ground Improvements – New Terracing & Turnstiles

    Ground improvements at the Spiers & Hartwell Jubilee Stadium were more evident today when new terracing behind the South End goal was erected. This area will hold around 400 spectators and was installed and supplied by L H Woodhouse & Co from Nottinghamshire.
    Also three new turnstiles to the south of the main stand are currently being built. These improvements are necessary by the FA and National League in order for Gloucester City to ground share in 2017-18.

  • Race Night at the Jubilee

    There will be a Race Night at the Jubilee on Saturday 11th March with the First Race starting at 7.30pm.
    £5 for a race card and a Sausage & Chips or Burger and Chips Supper or £1 for the race card if no food is required.

    Tomorrow’s Midland Floodlit Youth League Cup tie at home to Rushall Olympic has been postponed as the Youth Team’s Worcs FA Midweek Cup game with Worcester City will now be played on Wednesday 22nd February at Stourport Swifts (7.45pm).

    Evesham United dropped to fourth place in the League after a poor display at Winchester where they lost 4-1.

  • Trip to Winchester Tomorrow

    Evesham United will look to show their defensive resilience tomorrow at a Winchester City side who “score goals for fun” (3pm) according to the Worcester News.
    Although third-placed Robins are flying high in Southern League Division One South and West they have just one clean sheet in the last 21 league games.
    Manager Paul Collicutt says Evesham will travel to Winchester in “good spirits” and he backs his strike-force to score.

    Everyone at Evesham United Football Club wish Joe Turley a speedy recovery after today’s knee operation.  Joe will not be fit until next season.
    The 23-year-old midfielder was carried off on a stretcher in the second half of United’s 2-1 victory at Didcot Town in December.

    Paul Collicutt and everyone at Evesham United Football Club wish to congratulate Daryl Mitchell on being elected as Chairman of the Professional Cricketers Association.  The Worcestershire batsman and former captain was elected after a ballot of all current county cricketers in England and Wales.
    Daryl who is often seen at Evesham United for home games has been appointed for an initial two-year term.
