Evesham were knocked out of the FA Cup by higher graded Stourbridge at the Jubilee Stadium today. Stourbridge scored on 10 minutes through a powerful header by Bennett just after the visitors had a perfectly good goal disallowed.  The rest of the half saw both sides create good chances to score, with Evesham coming close on two occasions through Wilson and Smith.

Evesham continued to play well early in the second half, but gave a penalty away on the hour that Geddes dispatched.  Luke Benbow made it 3-0 on 88 minutes, a scoreline that flattered the visitors.
