Evesham finished the league campaign with a disappointing result against bottom club Guildford City drawing 1-1.  Boosted by members of the junior section and families, the crowd of 280 was the second highest of the season.

The home side took the lead on 16 minutes when a good run by Lance Smith saw him unselfishly pass to Nathan Jackson who slotted home from close range.  More opportunities were missed with Jared Wilson having the best chance on the half hour.

Early in the second half Nathan Jackson was unfortunate to receive a second yellow and was sent off.   This gave Guildford hope and they equalised on 74 through Nuno Pereia.

Evesham finish in 16th place on 47 points.

Full report to follow.
