Evesham went down to their sixth home defeat of the season losing 4-2 at home to third bottom Taunton Town, who registered their first away win of the season.

Evesham started brightly and took a 6th minute lead through Marcus Palmer.  The lead lasted to the 18th minute when Craig Herrod scored.  Taunton went ahead in the 25th minute through a Simon Ingram penalty.  Herrod grabbed the third goal with a fine finish.  Palmer scored his second slotting home on 37 minutes.  However soon after Simon Fitter was given a straight red card for Evesham.

Two minutes into the second half James Blake scored the fourth for Taunton.  Just before the hour mark, Evesham were reduced to nine men when Carl Brown was sent off for two yellow cards.  Evesham managed to keep Taunton out for the remaining 35 minutes.
