Evesham play their last away game of the season today (kick-off 3pm) visiting promotion hopefuls Merthyr Town. Merthyr in their last six matches won only one, drawn two and lost three. After being well clear at one point, they now lie second three points behind Cirencester Town with two games to play. Merthyr’s home form is impressive winning 17, drawing 3 and losing none. They have bagged 75 goals at home on their 3G pitch.
Evesham were beaten in injury time on Saturday losing 3-2 to Paulton Rovers at the Jubilee Stadium.
