Evesham’s weekend fixture has been shifted to Sunday due to Gloucester City’s National South fixture with Braintree Town taking priority on Saturday.

The home side take on Cirencester Town in the FA Trophy preliminary round at the Jubilee kick off 3pm.

Evesham United boss Paul Collicutt was boosted in the week that midfielder Lorcan Sheehan rejected the overtures of league rivals Cinderford Town.

Sheehan’s choice came on the back of news that James Campbell will also be staying but the striker is set to miss anything from three to five weeks through injury. One player United will have to do without is Jordan Lymn, who took up the option to join Southern League West rivals North Leigh.

Evesham won 1-0 at Cirencester 11 days ago when  Leroy Odeiro was the goalscorer in a League game.
