Second half goals from Mark Magee and Adam Mann saw Evesham United keep control of the final play-off spot in the local derby with Bishop’s Cleeve at Kayte Lane.
The first half saw very few clear cut chances for either side.
Cleeve then stepped up looking for an equaliser, but struggled to create anything meaningful.
Their best chance came after a one-two between Jacob Davidge and Jack Watts with the former’s shot the best chance for the hosts.
Evesham secured a deserved three points when Chris Pates’ header fell directly to Mann whose shot from a tight angle found the far bottom corner of the goal.
Attendance: 205.
