Evesham made the long midweek trip to Southampton to take on Sholing. Despite taking the lead on 6 minutes through a Brewster own goal, two goals from Wort on 13 and 16 mins gave the home side an interval lead. After the break the match turned into a nightmare for the visitors conceding five goals, with Wort completing his hat trick on 56 and then further goals came on 59, 68, 71 and 83 minutes.
Evesham slip to 14th and play Cinderford Town at home on Saturday.
