Evesham make the long trip to deepest Cornwall to take on Mousehole AFC on Saturday. The 486 mile round trip will be one of the longest trips made in the country at Step 4. It is possibly the longest trip made for a league game ever in the club’s history.

The Robins go in better spirits after an upturn in fortunes. In the last seven games, there have been two defeats, but also a three match unbeaten run away from home, including hitting five in two of them. Evesham are in 12th position with 13 points from 12 matches.

New to the Southern League, Mousehole have started well lying in 6th place with 17 points from 10 games. They have lost four of their last five league games, the defeats all being away from home. The one victory was in their last home game against Willand Rovers.
