Youth Update (Under 18s)
On Thursday night the under 18s bowed out of the FA Youth Cup in the Preliminary Round. Their opponents, Haughmond FC, play in the Midland Floodlit Youth League Premier North and were victorious by five goals to nil. Evesham fielded a young side and were a mixture of under 16s, 17s and 18s.
Next week the Cheltenham Youth Football League (Gloucestershire Floodlit) season begins with Evesham United entering two teams, the Academy and the Juniors.
On Monday 5 September, the Academy under 18s entertain Longlevens Youth at 7.30pm at the Spiers and Hartwell Stadium.
On Wednesday 7 September, the Juniors under 18s travel to Cheltenham Saracens Youth, kick off 7.30pm.
