We take on a team made up of Vale growers in a charity football match next week.

The team known as ‘Growers United’ team was formed by Vicarage Nurseries in Bretforton and will be made up of people from their respective farms.  Evesham’s team will be made up of  players from across our squads.

The match will take place next Tuesday (October 2) at 7.45pm at the Jubilee Stadium and is free to get in.  Donations will be asked for on the night, with all proceeds going to Birmingham Children’s Hospital.  There will also be a raffle.

Donations to the charity will be made by local businesses.

A number of  players come from Eastern Europe and it is hoped it will bring the community closer together.
