A well-attended evening on Saturday saw presentations to the First Team, Ladies Team and an induction to the Hall of Fame for the 2007-08 Championship winning team. Guest of honour Ron Atkinson was on top form answering questions in a Q and A session, that followed an entertaining turn from comedian Paul Boardman.

First Team

The Players Player Award went to Daniel Djurovic which was accepted by Amer Awadh on his behalf.

The Supporters Player of the Year presented by Chairman Ged Bearcroft – Michael O’ Regan

The Staff Player of the Year presented by manager Mike Ford – Michael O’Regan

The Supporters Club Player of the Year presented by Andy Dolphin and Merv Kearsey – Michael O’Regan

The Supporters Club Golden Boot Award – Levi Steele

Special Award for gaining his first professional contract went to Freddy Willcock our loanee from Cheltenham Town.

Special Recognition Presentations

Simon Purfield for his website and social media work for the past 13 years that he is now giving up at the end of May.

Jack Fairbrother for his dedication to junior and youth coaching at Evesham United over the past 14 years and  finishing this season.

At the last game of the season the Supporters Club inducted Andy Beasley and Gerald Beckley into the inaugural Supporters Club Hall of Fame. Well deserved to both of them.


Hall of Fame Induction

The 2007-08 Southern League Division One Midlands Champions, managed by Paul West were inducted into the Club’s Hall of Fame.  They were presented with mementoes by Vice Chairman Mick Brennan and Ron Atkinson

Paul West presented Kay Reeves, the wife of Stuart Reeves who was Chairman at the time with a special gift.
