Match report by Richard Neilson

Two play-off hopefuls finished even at Oakfield. Albie Hopkins smashed Melksham in front with a shot into the roof of the net following a corner.

Evesham adapted quickly and were back in the game when the lively Will Owens scored with a low shot from the edge of the area. The away side took the lead early in the second half when Kyle Belmonte latched onto a swirling ball. Melksham stuck to their task and were rewarded when Ralph Graham expertly half-volleyed home a cross.

Will Stead nearly won it for the hosts with a shot which whistled wide, while Melksham keeper Mac Boyd made a number of impressive saves.
