Evesham United scored four second-half goals to beat a Kidderminster Harriers XI 4-1 and reach the Worcestershire Senior Cup final.

The Robins fell behind early on before goals from Levi Steele, Will Owens, Alfie Dunn and Miles Simpson completed a stunning turnaround at the Spiers and Hartwell Stadium.

And Evesham will play Southern League Premier Central side Alvechurch in the final at the Spiers and Hartwell Stadium on Wednesday, April 10 with kick-off at 7.45pm.

The visitors broke the deadlock on 17 minutes with Evesham unable to find a leveller before the break.

However, the Robins equalised on 65 minutes when Steele finished on the rebound after seeing his initial penalty saved.

And Evesham turned the game on its head two minutes later as Owens burst through on goal before smashing the ball into the bottom corner.

Substitute Dunn extended the home side’s lead on 81 minutes shortly after his introduction before fellow sub Simpson scored with his first touch in injury time to send the Robins through to the final.

Evesham last won the competition in 2017/18 while final opponents Alvechurch triumphed the following season.
