Evesham remain in 13th place after a narrow 2-1 reverse at the Creek this afternoon against Bristol Manor Farm.

Evesham were denied an early goal through Smalley, after it was controversially chalked off after consultation with the assistant referee.

Dean Stamp opened the scoring in the 25th minute with a good finish. On the stroke of half time the hosts were denied a second after their goal was disallowed for offside which was also disputed.

On 81 minutes Jaydon Neilson lobbed Lewis Clayton from an acute angle. However two minutes later Kyle Belmonte pulled a goal back with a shot through a crowd of players. In injury time Belmonte was dismissed whilst attempting to prise the ball off a Manor Farm player, whilst shielding the ball in the corner.

Attendance: 267 BMFs second highest of the season.
