Evesham’s latest friendly ended in a draw this evening at the Jubilee Stadium when they entertained Northern Premier League side Stourbridge..
Stourbridge took a deserved lead with almost the last kick of the first half when George Washbourne’s shot took a huge deflection to wrong foot keeper Kevin Sawyer.
In the second half, Evesham’s performance improved and they were rewarded midway through the half when Ashley Edenborough produced a super finish with a chip over former Evesham stopper Dean Coleman.
