Evesham returned from the New Forest with their first victory of the season at bottom club Bashley.

Despite creating the better chances in the first half, it was the hosts who took the lead in the 40th minute through Serge Fon.

After the break, in the 54th minute a Lee Smith cross was deflected in by King into his own net.  On the hour skipper Matt Sysum headed home a Sean Wood corner to put the Robins ahead.  Two Evesham substitutes made the game safe with two goals in two minutes on 79 and 80, first George Washbourne fired home with a superb finish and Kevin Slack swept home a Clayton Green cross.
