Evesham gained a deserved point in their Evo-Stik Southern South & West Division 1 game yesterday at the Jubilee Stadium against Larkhall Athletic.

The best chance for the home side came in the opening five minutes when Ashley Edenborough had two shots from close range saved by the keeper Connor Thompson, with Lance Smith shooting the rebound wide when well placed.  Lance Smith did well to create a chance for himself with his shot clipping the base of the far post in the 17th minute.

The second half saw few clear cut chances with Larkhall having a goal disallowed for offside in the closing stages.

Evesham Utd: Sawyer, Wilson, Stanley, Wood, Sysum, Dovey, Jackson (Kennedy 85), Brown, Edenborough, Smith (Williams 80), Slack (Washbourne 72)
