Evesham went down to their first home league defeat of the season losing 3-2 to neighbours Bishops Cleeve.  The home side took the lead on 10 minutes when Lance Smith scored his first ever goal for Evesham United.  The rest of the half saw the possession shared with the visitors creating more threat on goal.

In the second half Cheltenham Town loanee Joe Hanks bagged a hat-trick scoring on 50, 52 and 79 minutes.  However Smith grabbed his second goal two minutes later, but Evesham could not force an equaliser in the remaining 10 minutes.
