Evesham overcame a hard-working Fleet side to record another victory on their march hopefully to the play-offs.  Evesham have now lost just one of their last 20 matches.

The home side took the lead on the half hour when Adam Mann tapped in after good work from Ashley Edenborough who chipped the ball across goal.  Evesham created further chances and went into the interval one up.

The second half saw Fleet continue their stubborn approach and had the ball in the back of the net but was disallowed.  Evesham kept pressing and finally put the game to bed in the 89th minute when substitute Kevin Slack scored his first goal of the season.

A good day with Taunton losing and Stratford drawing.  We are now 12 points clear of 6th place North Leigh who have a game in hand.
